Depending on the project size the installation timeline can vary between days to months; regardless we will communicate frequently during this process.
"We purchased a home that desperately needed a powder room addition. She worked with our contractor, and with me to design something modern, and inviting. She was so easy to work with, I hired her to design my teen daughters’ shared bathroom upstairs too. It came out so beautifully, and it’s their favorite room in our house now. Thank you, Anastasia!”
- I.S. Ridgewood, NJ September 2022
"Anastasia is simply amazing, and such a talented designer. She helped bring our new build to life with ideas and functionality we would have never thought of. She worked really well with our contractor we hired before we found her, and was always an excellent communicator. We couldn’t be happier with our decision in hiring her.”
- H. D. Ridewood, NJ September 2022
“We hired The Niche to elevate our at-home holiday party vibe. Anastasia added so many thoughtful details, we would have otherwise overlooked. Our friends are still raving about it how beautiful and classy the decor was. I don’t think we’ll be able to throw a party without her attention to detail again.”
- P.D. Allendale, NJ
“We purchased a large, but dated home and had no idea where to begin with how to revive it on a budget. Anastasia guided us through a kitchen renovation, refinishing the floors, painting the interior, and furniture selection. When our family has come to visit, they can’t even believe it’s the same house! We already hired her to style our beach house in time for the summer. We would recommend The Niche over and over again!”
- H.R. Branchburg, NJ December 2022
A design session involves meeting with the client to review a design proposal. For example, after a client purchases a package, we will meet to evaluate samples and discuss details, options, and revisions if necessary.
Nothing makes us happier than client satisfaction. We will work with the client to form a reasonable plan for both parties. Subsequent design sessions may incur additional fees.
A revision is an alteration to the original design provided to the client.
A design session is a person-to-person meeting either at the client's home or a vendor location. A revision is an alteration of a visual design that we can typically email you.
We can provide recommendations. However, we are happy to work with your builder, contractor, and vendors.
This will be dependent on the start date of construction. Once we have one established, you can expect to meet with us as early as 45 days in advance.
The Niche does not oversee construction projects on a regular basis. However, when installations occur, we will correspond with you/the builder/contractor and pop in for occasional site visits.
Most of our correspondence will be over text/email when we are not meeting in person. If the request is for a change or a more serious matter, please email us with the word "IMPORTANT" in the subject line. On the same note, if you send a text/email after regular business hours, please allow until the next business day for a reply.
