During this complimentary 20-minute phone call, we’ll discuss your goals, timeline, projected investment and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
We will schedule a meeting of up to 60 minutes taking place at the proposed site. We will review objectives and discuss the potential layout(s) and/or floor plan(s). Following this meeting, you will receive a thorough outline of the scope of work and projected investment you will need to bring your project to fruition. A $250 fee is due 72 hours before this meeting. If you choose to hire The Niche for your design needs, this fee will be credited towards future invoices. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let us know as promptly as possible. If you decide to cancel less than 24 hours prior to this meeting, you will be refunded 50% of the consultation fee.
Once we have established a course of action based on the scope of work, both parties will review and sign a contract together at a kick-off meeting. 50% of the projected design fees will be due at the conclusion of this meeting.

You’ll begin receiving requests to approve purchases (you may, of course, also decline), and you can look forward to bi-weekly progress updates!
