Full Service
With full-service sourcing, you will be involved only as much as you’d like to be. Options will be presented to you to choose from at a productive yet realistic pace. Full-service sourcing is best for clients looking to furnish rooms completely from scratch. We will work to bring in every detail, resulting in a refined, relaxing, and functional environment.

The Niche will handle delivery appointments, address customer service issues, **schedule returns as necessary, coordinate installations, and contract third-party services needed.
**The Niche is not responsible for disassembling, packaging, or returning items. We can contract a third-party to do this for you if you would like at an additional cost. The Niche is not responsible for restocking fees if applicable.

Living room: 30-50+ hours
Bedroom: 20-30+ hours

Renovations
Renovations are a bitter-sweet journey. While renovating a home is a blessing, it is time-consuming beyond description. This is where The Niche will work in an organized fashion with your contractor, builder, and/or architect to relieve you of the multitudinous tasks required during this process. You will, of course, be involved at any level you’d like to be. However, we primarily save the fun parts for you (truth be told, there will be some not-so-fun parts).
What does your help include?
The Niche will assist with any or all of the following: Electrical plan, lighting placement, plumbing plan, plumbing selections, floor-plan revisions, trim detailing, paint colors, cabinetry selections, hardware selections, stone selections, tile and floor selections, shower-glass door selections, vanity selections, bathtub selections, window selections, doors, doorknobs; the list goes on.

Does The Niche offer custom designs?
Absolutely! We adore designing custom pieces for any room in the home.
When should you hire an interior designer for a renovation?
As soon as possible. This way, we can help devise a cohesive plan with the builder and architect.
How many hours can you expect an interior designer to pour into a full-home renovation?
It truly depends on the size of the home and whether or not electrical and plumbing plans are in place or not, among other factors. Generally speaking, renovation design hours begin at 150 hours.

Are you long-distance needing to have your project overseen to ensure quality and timeliness? Reduce the stresses of more extensive projects with this service. This service includes two site visits per week, daily correspondence with the client and builder/contractor as needed, weekly check-ins with vendors, and ensuring materials are delivered on time and free of damage.

As you may have noticed from my site, I love neutrals. I gravitate toward a mixture of sophistication and natural elements. Styles constantly evolve, so I incorporate timeless touches while tying in trends and bold statements. We will discuss the most important factors you’d like me to consider when designing your space(s).
Most of our correspondence will be over text/email when we are not meeting in person. If the subject matter is a request for a change or a more serious matter, please send me an email with IMPORTANT in the subject line. On the same note, if you send a text/email after my regular business hours, please allow me until the next business day to reply.
